Audemars Piguet’s ‘hotel Des Horlogers’ And ‘timepiece Source Hotel’ Complete The Foundation Stone In Brassus

On June 4, 2018, Audemars Piguet’s Hotel des Horlogers ‘Timepiece Source Hotel’ completed the foundation stone in Brassus. Brassus is located in the heart of the Ru Valley, the birthplace of Audemars Piguet fine watchmaking.

   After the foundation stone laying ceremony, Jasmine Audemars, Chairman of the Audemars Piguet Board, Olivier Audemars, Vice Chairman of the Audemars Piguet Board of Directors, and François-Henry Bennahmias, Audemars Piguet Global CEO, attended the cocktail party. The main partners of the Hotel des Horlogers project, including representatives of BIG Architects in Denmark, CCHE Architects in Switzerland, and representatives of the government departments of the valleys and cantons of Vaud also attended the reception.
   At the foundation laying ceremony, Jasmine Audemars, Chairman of the Board of Audemars Piguet, combined the origin and openness of the hotel, explained the brand’s heritage and innovation, and introduced the unique Hotel des Horlogers “Timepiece Yuandi Hotel” project: “This project is for Audemars Piguet and the entire Ru Valley are of great significance. This hotel will attract more visitors to the picturesque Ru Valley. We not only need to meet the needs of international tourists, but also take into account the requirements of local neighbors. ‘
   The new Hotel des Horlogers will combine historical heritage with modern style. Its design must not only integrate into the environment of the Ru Valley, but also conform to the local culture and customs. It uses warm and rich materials to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The design of the hotel was completed by Danish BIG Architects to achieve a perfect integration with the surrounding natural environment.
   Hotel des Horlogers has 50 cozy and comfortable rooms, two restaurants and a lounge bar, a wellness area, a gym and three meeting rooms, perfectly integrated into the beautiful view of the Riesou Forest In.
